11 best health and wellness marketing agencies in Europe in 2026

A verified shortlist of European agencies for wellness and supplement brands, with who each one suits and what to ask before you sign.

Rankings · 13 min read

Picking an agency for a wellness or supplement brand is harder than it looks. Meta and TikTok review health claims more strictly than they review a pair of trainers. Subscription economics mean the first purchase is rarely where the money is. And most agencies that rank for "supplement marketing agency" are in the United States.

If you sell in the UK or the EU, you want a partner that knows the claim rules you operate under and can be on a call before your afternoon.

We went looking for agencies actually based in Europe that work with health, wellness and supplement brands. We read their own sites, not other people's rankings, and left out anyone we could not verify. Our own studio is at the top, which you should read with that in mind.

The short version

  • Top pick for creative strategy without a production team attached: HYLN Hub. Two senior strategists, fractional, Barcelona. Our own studio, so weigh accordingly.
  • Best full-service performance partner in the UK: Bark.London. Paid media, creative and data science under one roof, with Huel and Free Soul on the client list.
  • Best supplement specialists: Evolut in Budapest, Hummingbird in Peterborough, K2L in Manchester. Each names supplements as a core focus.
  • Best for retention and subscription economics: YOCTO in Nicosia. Klaviyo only, published pricing, supplement-heavy client list.
  • Best for TikTok-led growth in German-speaking markets: VOGGSMEDIA. TikTok-first, Bavaria, DACH focus.

How we chose

Four filters. Based in Europe, with an address we could find on the agency's own site or in a company listing. Says, in its own words, that it works with health, wellness, supplement or beauty brands, ideally with named clients. Does work that touches paid social or creative. Describes its process somewhere, so a buyer can tell what they are paying for.

We did not rank on size, awards or self-reported results. Where an agency publishes a figure, we quote it as theirs. Where it publishes pricing, we say so; otherwise we write "pricing on request." It is a shortlist to start calls from, not a recommendation to sign.

The list

1. HYLN Hub

HYLN Hub homepage, September 2026
HYLN Hub homepage, September 2026

HYLN Hub is our own studio, so read this entry knowing that. We are a creative strategy studio for DTC brands, based in Barcelona, working with brands in Europe and the United States. Two senior strategists, a husband and wife: Eda Burcu Senel leads strategy after a decade in marketing; Santiago Correal Mantilla leads client and growth work, with a background in AI research and engineering.

No production team, a limited number of brands at a time. We do research, concepts, creative briefs, creative testing, performance analysis and creative team management. Briefs go to the brand's editors, designers and creators; we approve the work and hand it to the media buyer. Industries: DTC wellness, supplements, beauty and skincare, lifestyle, on Meta and TikTok. One published result: a 7-figure DTC beauty brand, under NDA, from $0 to $2.4M in 12 months, 3.3x Q4 ROAS.

Best for: brands with hands to make assets and no one senior to direct them.

2. Bark.London

Bark.London homepage, September 2026
Bark.London homepage, September 2026

Bark.London describes itself as "a specialist performance marketing agency, helping global ecommerce brands think differently, grow faster and build lasting brand value." It is in London and works in three pillars: paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), creative (ad creative, content shoots, UGC, creative strategy, localisation) and data science (attribution, lifetime value analysis, forecasting, its own Bark.Insights platform).

Named clients include Huel, Free Soul, HelloFresh, Alpecin and Pangaia. The Free Soul case study is the relevant one: paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok, a creator-led content pipeline, and a bespoke data warehouse with LTV analysis to set acquisition targets. Bark reports a +400% year-on-year increase in new customer revenue for that account, and says it is the UK's only independent agency certified by Meta for strategy, creative and data. Pricing on request.

Best for: a wellness brand past the early stage that wants media, creative and measurement handled by one team.

3. Evolut

Evolut homepage, September 2026
Evolut homepage, September 2026

Evolut is a Budapest-based growth marketing agency that works specifically with "beauty, supplement and longevity brands," serving clients across Europe and the US. Its pitch is "strategy-led, creative-first growth," organised around a method it calls OMNIPRESENCE: turning "scattered campaigns into one compounding system: brand story, performance and owned channels working together."

Services cover paid media on Meta, TikTok and Google, email and SMS on Klaviyo, and social content. The site says email and SMS "regularly drive 30 to 40% of revenue" for its clients, Evolut's figure, not ours. It runs a UGC creator network and publishes research on top-performing supplement ads. Founder Zsolt Farkas is lead strategist. Client logos include Hillvital, BRONN, Solanie, Vedic Lab and Triple Solution Skincare. Pricing on request.

Best for: supplement and skincare brands selling into several European markets that want one partner across paid, email and content.

4. Hummingbird

Hummingbird homepage, September 2026
Hummingbird homepage, September 2026

Hummingbird is a digital marketing agency in Peterborough, UK, trading for "almost 20 years," with a dedicated supplement practice. Its own line for it is blunt: "strategic marketing for supplement brands that want to grow, without getting banned, flagged, or ignored."

Services span SEO and content, paid advertising on Google, Meta and TikTok, social media management, email and retention, and brand positioning. The process starts with an audit covering market positioning, channel strategy, content planning, compliance frameworks and measurement. It says it works with "health and wellness brands across the UK, from startups to established names," though it names no supplement clients on the pages we read. The wider agency also works in travel and hospitality. Pricing on request.

Best for: a UK supplement brand that wants compliance built into the marketing plan rather than bolted on after an ad gets rejected.

5. K2L

K2L homepage, September 2026
K2L homepage, September 2026

K2L is a digital performance marketing agency headquartered in Salford, Manchester, with further offices in Dubai and Chicago. It has a specific supplements sector page and describes its work as building "5-star supplements businesses" through "bold branding, digital strategy, and web expertise."

Services sit in three groups: brand, web and digital (paid search, SEO, paid social). Named supplement clients include Crush Supplements, GoNutrition, Bootea, Dr Ohhira and Active Genetics, with Beauty Bay on the beauty side. The entry point is a free marketing review. Pricing on request.

One honest note: K2L's strength reads as brand, web and search as much as paid social. If your main problem is Meta creative, ask who would do that work.

Best for: supplement brands that need brand, website and acquisition rebuilt together.

6. YOCTO

YOCTO homepage, September 2026

YOCTO does one thing: retention and lifecycle marketing on Klaviyo for DTC subscription brands. It is based in Nicosia, Cyprus, with a team covering US, UK and EU time zones. The work includes subscription and failed-payment recovery, cancellation and save flows, campaigns and deliverability, SMS and WhatsApp, and migrations to Klaviyo.

It targets brands in the $5M to $150M range, mainly in supplements and wellness, beauty and skincare, food and drink, and femtech. Named clients include Healf, BetterMe, Gratsi, Orbio.world, Kilo.co and Frøya Organics. Pricing is published: three tiers at EUR 5,500, EUR 7,500 and EUR 10,000 per month, with discounts for six and twelve month commitments. Founder George Kapernaros runs every audit himself; the first 90 days are framed as shipping flows, not planning.

Best for: a supplement brand where acquisition works and the leak is in second orders, subscription churn and failed payments.

7. Foundation

Foundation is a performance marketing agency for beauty brands that also runs a health and wellness practice, with a page dedicated to health foods and supplements. It is UK-based; company listings place it in Cardiff, within the Liberty Group of specialist agencies. It calls itself "a specialist health food marketing agency" helping "ambitious wellness and nutrition businesses stand out through data-led digital marketing strategies."

Services include SEO, paid media, content, social, digital PR and analytics. The supplement case study is Pura Collagen: a strategy project first (an immersion day, market research and audits across SEO, paid and social), then a 12-month full-funnel retainer. Beauty clients named include Benefit, Fresh and Balance Me. Pricing on request.

Best for: wellness and beauty brands that want a larger, multi-discipline UK agency with beauty pedigree.

8. BeingEcom

BeingEcom homepage, September 2026
BeingEcom homepage, September 2026

BeingEcom is a London ecommerce marketing agency, at 71-75 Shelton Street in Covent Garden, with a health and wellness practice it describes as "compliant, subscription-first growth for UK health & wellness brands." The sub-verticals it names are vitamins and supplements, sports nutrition, CBD and wellness, and functional foods.

The service list is long: SEO, performance marketing on Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube, Shopify and WooCommerce development, CRO, creative production, Klaviyo automation and retention. The process is seven steps, from a deep audit and tracking rebuild through a weekly creative sprint, senior-led media buying and a retention engine. Weekly deliverables are itemised, including "3 UGC + motion creatives" and "5+ ad tests shipped." The site carries performance claims across its client base; those are BeingEcom's figures. Pricing on request.

Best for: a UK wellness brand that wants a fixed weekly cadence of creative, tests and reporting from one agency.

9. Rozee Digital

Rozee Digital homepage, September 2026

Rozee Digital is an ecommerce growth agency based in Ottershaw, Surrey, UK, covering paid media, CRO, creative strategy and retention. Channels include Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok, plus email and SMS, landing pages and static and video ad creative. Industries listed include skincare and wellness, health and supplements, beauty, fashion, pets and premium DTC.

Two things distinguish it. It works only with established brands spending £10k or more a month on advertising and caps its roster at 20 clients. And it asks for a minimum six or twelve month contract with agreed KPIs. It says it reports on contribution margin and profitability rather than platform metrics alone. Pricing on request.

Best for: a supplement or skincare brand with steady spend that wants a small, committed partner and accepts a longer contract.

10. Kubbco

Kubbco homepage, September 2026
Kubbco homepage, September 2026

Kubbco is a social media agency with offices in Copenhagen and New York. It is not a supplement specialist and should not be read as one. It is here for the health and beauty work in its case studies: Novo Nordisk (obesity patient engagement), NIVEA, OLAPLEX, Essence and Diabetes Besties, alongside consumer brands like Hummel and Icelandair.

Services cover strategy, platform management, content, vertical video, community, influencer marketing and paid media. The positioning is organic-first and trend-led, and the OLAPLEX case is framed around TikTok views. Pricing on request.

One honest note: if your problem is paid social efficiency, Kubbco is not the obvious call. If your problem is that nobody under 35 knows your wellness brand exists, it is.

Best for: wellness and beauty brands building organic and creator presence in the Nordics and beyond.

11. VOGGSMEDIA

VOGGSMEDIA homepage, September 2026
VOGGSMEDIA homepage, September 2026

VOGGSMEDIA calls itself the "#1 TikTok Partner Agentur im DACH-Raum," a TikTok-first performance agency based in Ichenhausen, Bavaria. Services include paid media on TikTok, Meta and Google, UGC and creative strategy, static production, measurement and attribution, and TikTok Shop management including affiliates and live streaming.

Client logos include YFood, HelloFresh, True Fruits, Tom Tailor and Babbel, so the wellness relevance is nutrition and food rather than pills. The site says it has managed EUR 300 million in ad spend across 500 or more projects, its own claim. It offers a free analysis first and describes its approach as "short paths, honest communication, measurable results." Pricing on request.

Best for: a wellness or nutrition brand entering Germany, Austria or Switzerland with TikTok as the lead channel.

Which type of partner fits your stage

The list mixes four kinds of company, and buying the wrong kind is the common mistake.

Full-service performance agencies (Bark.London, BeingEcom, Foundation, Rozee Digital) run media, make creative and report on it. The trade-off is that creative strategy inside a media agency tends to serve the media plan, not the other way round.

Category specialists (Evolut, Hummingbird, K2L) know the claim rules and the buyer. The right first call if your last agency got your ad account flagged. Ask how much of their roster is supplements today.

Single-discipline specialists (YOCTO on retention, Kubbco on social, VOGGSMEDIA on TikTok) are worth it when you can name the one problem. A churn problem does not need another acquisition agency.

Fractional strategy (HYLN Hub) is for brands that already have hands and lack the person who decides what gets made and why. It is useless if nobody is there to execute.

What to ask on the first call

  1. Who writes the brief? If the answer is the media buyer, ask who researches the customer first. Supplement creative lives or dies on the angle, and angles come from research.
  2. Show me an ad that got rejected and what you did next. Everyone in this category has had ads flagged. The good ones have a process for it.
  3. What do you measure beyond ROAS? For a subscription product, new customer revenue, second-order rate and contribution margin matter more than a blended return.
  4. How many concepts a month, and how many are genuinely different? Ten variations of one hook is one test.
  5. Who is on my account after month two? Senior people sell. Ask who does the weekly work.

Working with HYLN Hub

HYLN Hub is a creative strategy studio in Barcelona, run by two senior strategists, working with a limited number of DTC wellness, supplement, beauty and lifestyle brands in Europe and the United States. We do research, concepts, creative briefs, creative testing and performance analysis, and we manage the brand's creative team through the brief and approval process. We do not make the assets; your editors, designers and creators do, and we hand finished work to your media buyer. If that is the gap in your team, tell us about your brand and we will say honestly whether we can help.

FAQ

Should a European supplement brand hire a US agency?

Sometimes, if your main market is the US. If you sell mostly in the UK or EU, a European agency will know the local claim rules and price points and will be awake when you are. If a US agency says it has an EU team, ask who those people are.

What is the difference between a creative strategy studio and a performance agency?

A performance agency runs your media and usually makes creative to feed it. A creative strategy studio decides what to make and why, writes the briefs and analyses what happened, but does not buy media or produce assets. The first suits brands that want everything handled; the second suits brands that have hands and lack direction.

How much should a wellness brand expect to pay?

Most agencies on this list do not publish pricing. YOCTO does, from EUR 5,500 a month for retention work. Rozee Digital states a minimum client ad spend of £10k a month rather than a fee. Everyone else quotes on scope, so bring your media budget to the first call and ask for a range.

Can an agency guarantee my ads will not get rejected?

No, and be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. Policy changes, review is inconsistent, and some rejections are simply errors. What an agency can do is build claim review into the creative process, keep substantiation on file, and have a routine for appeals and rewrites.
